Our training modules consist of sports and fitness training for young athletes. We offer professional training in Basketball and Football for the age 6 to 21.

We have multiple groups running so there is always a group for every skill level. We offer group as well as individual athlete development programs. We focus on the holistic development of athletes with equal emphasis on sports skill and fitness training.

For the older folks of 18 and above, we offer programs fitness focussed on mobility, strength and conditioning.

Two basketball courts (can also be converted into tennis courts), a football ground, a volleyball court and a fully equipped outdoor gym with an open green space makes Insfire an apt venue for having an activity based day out right in the middle of Gurgaon. We are happy to create a fun filled day schedule for you with healthy or hearty snacks and food while the group enjoys a fun day out.

At Insfire, we celebrate the inclusive spirit of sports by providing opportunities for people of all interests and skill levels to participate. While our training is catered to enhance your abilities for serious play, we also want our community to enjoy Sports as a way to unwind and have fun.
